2025 Municipal Facility Rental survey
The Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake was in the process of reviewing rental rates for use of Municipal facilities, including the Dr. Hamilton Crawford Memorial Arena, the Community Centre Lions Hall, Deloro Hall, the Community Hub, the William Shannon Room, the ball diamond and the fairgrounds.
The survey was created to obtain your feedback about these rental rates, as per Schedule E of User Fee Bylaw 2024-21A, which can be found here (pages 7-8).
The survey closed on Wednesday, February 12th, 2025.
The results of this survey were shared with Council during the Regular Council Meeting on March 4th, 2025. You can see those results in the agenda here, on pages 12-64.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated!
In response to the survey results, Council directed staff to create a related policy and ultimately approved the new Municipal Facility Rental Fee Waiver & Reduction Request Policy on April 1st, 2025.
