Notice of Special Closed Meeting of Council on July 16th, 2024

Please be advised that there will be a Special Closed Meeting of Council on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m.

The Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake will proceed into a closed meeting session under the Municipal Act, Section 239 (3.1):

  • (1) A meeting held for the purpose of educating or training the members.

Council will also discuss the following in closed session, under the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2):

  • (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;

    • Re: Legal Update

  • (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees;

    • Re: Personnel Committee Minutes & Recommendations

    • Re: Delegated Authority
