Facility Booking Request Form

Please fill out the following form to request a booking for one of the Municipal Facilities. Staff will review the request and respond as soon as possible. Bookings for facilities will be reviewed in the order they are received via this form. Please try to submit the form a minimum of 20 Business Days prior to your event.

Insurance Requirement: All individuals/organizations booking a municipal facility must provide proof of liability insurance to the Municipality for the duration of the event. Your policy must include a minimum of $5 million in general liability coverage, with “The Corporation of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake” named as an additional insured.
